THE TENANT PROCESS…
All prospective tenants are required to submit an application and meet our established criteria before proceeding with the lease agreement. Applicants must have a credit score of 650 or higher. If this requirement is not met, a signed Letter of Guarantee will be necessary. Our application process includes comprehensive background, credit, and rental history checks. Applicants must have no prior evictions and no criminal history related to violence, drug offenses, or property damage. Additionally, tenants must demonstrate an income that is at least twice the rental amount.
Our lease agreements are meticulously drafted to cover a broad spectrum of potential scenarios, ensuring that each tenant fully understands all associated fees, fines, and legal obligations. We prioritize transparency and clarity to foster a smooth and professional leasing experience.
To streamline the process, all leases are distributed through our secure electronic file system, Dotloop, allowing tenants to review, sign, and store documents conveniently. We encourage tenants to thoroughly review the lease before signing and to reach out with any questions or concerns.
Effective communication is key to a positive tenancy, and we are committed to providing prompt, clear, and respectful interactions throughout the lease term. Our goal is to create a cooperative and well-informed community where both management and tenants feel valued and respected.
