Requirements:

♦ Credit Scores for Our Properties vary between 600 to 800-All Tenants on the Lease must meet the Credit Requirement.

♦ Income- The Income requirement is 2 times the Monthly Rent.

♦ Application Fee- This fee is $30.00 per applicant and Non-Refundable. This is a third party site, follow the link in RED on this page.

♦ A Background Check is included in the Application Fee.

∗ Co-Signers- If you are using a co-signer it is required for all tenants on the lease.

∗ Delinquent Debt- No items that are currently in Collections are Allowed.

∗ Section 8 Properties- If the property is Eligible for Section Housing it will be Posted in the Ad.

∗ Smoking Policy- All of our Properties are Smoke Free- The Minnesota Clear Air Act.
